The city of Manitou Springs is nearing the final stages of its subdivision and zoning code update process and is looking for feedback on the draft proposed code.
An open house will take place 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 15, in the Intemann Gallery at the Manitou Art Center, 513 Manitou Ave. The proposed draft code will be available to view, ask questions about and discuss so the Planning Department can use feedback to make revisions.
Also, the draft will be posted at bit.ly/MSCodeUpdate on Wednesday, Sept. 7, accompanied by a feedback form so residents can give input before the open house. This form will be open until 5 p.m. Monday, Sept. 19.
