The Manitou Springs Volunteer Fire Department announced it’s canceling this year’s Turkey Shoot fundraiser. As much as the firefighters wanted its return, they felt it would not be safe to hold such a large indoor gathering.
“We look forward to seeing you (hopefully) next year and ask that everyone does all in their power to stay healthy. Thank you for your amazing support,” firefighter Mark Wong said.
