In 2018, the Creek Walk Trail Master Plan was completed, identifying optional trail alignments and goals for the Creek Walk Trail through community engagement. This document serves as the guide for the design of future trail segments.
Currently, Phase 3 of the Creek Walk Trail, which is from Schryver Park to the Chamber of Commerce, is pending final approval from the Colorado Department of Transportation to advertise for construction. For Phases 4 and 5, design creation was initiated in the fall of 2021.
As a next step, the city has launched the Creek Walk Trail Public Information Room. This is a central location to view the proposed alignment of Phases 4 and 5 of the Creek Walk Trail project, as well as learn the background of the project and how to provide feedback.
