The Bulletin staff and our wonderful board of directors have been working hard to line up financial resources and writers so that we can return to weekly issues, and we’re planning for those to start on Friday, July 14.

You’ll find the news you need and the fun stuff you like to do, in racks around downtown Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City and Lower Ute Pass on Fridays (see distribution locations here) and in your mailboxes on Saturdays (if all goes well).

Interested in subscribing? Find information on our subscription/donation page. While you’re there, think about donating!

Want to write a letter to the editor? Send them to rhonda@pikespeakbulletin.org. We ask for a maximum of 300 words, and they’re due noon Monday of the publication week. We will not publish anonymous letters; we can keep your identity confidential if you’re worried about repercussions, but we have to know who you are.

If you have more to write about a topic of interest to the community, let’s talk about a guest editorial. Those are 600 to 800 words long, and we’ll need your mugshot.

We also don’t print libelous accusations, so please keep it civil.

Have an event that you’d like to publicize? Please send complete information to calendars@pikespeakbulletin.org at least 10 days before the event.

If you’d like to advertise, THANK YOU. Printing a newspaper and paying even a tiny staff is expensive. We want to support the community, but we need your support, too. Contact karen@pikespeakbulletin.org and our ace advertising executive, Karen Hazlehurst, will be happy to help.

And don’t forget to contribute to our Roundabout page. We’re looking for fun photos, favorite recipes, fond memories — whatever you’d like to share with friends and neighbors. Send them to Bryan Oller at bryan@pikespeakbulletin.org.

We appreciate you!
