The Rocky Mountain Field Institute has honored the Manitou Springs Parks and Recreation Department and the Open Space Advisory Committee as the land management partner of the year. The award was bestowed at RMFI’s Fall ShinDIG, which took place at Stargazers Theatre on Thursday, Nov. 17.
