Days of snow did not stop the In Their Honor Veterans Day Parade on Saturday, Nov. 9., though the event start time was delayed by one hour so snowplows could clear the parade route. “This is an important tradition and yet, in Colorado Springs, Veterans Day is not just a moment, but a commitment woven into the fabric of our community,” said Colorado Springs Mayor Yemi Mobolade.
