Photo by Rhonda Van PeltJohn Leon Lobaugh (1916-1962) is buried at Crystal Valley Cemetery. He was born in Pueblo and registered for the draft in 1940. He enlisted in the Navy in December 1943 and was discharged in May 1945. He won medals for serving in Europe and Africa during World War II.
