Dear Mayor Graham and Esteemed City Council Members,
It has become apparent to us that additional study and analysis is required before any presentation regarding donation of land to the City and the idea of creating a relief route for Ruxton Avenue is presented to City Council. Acknowledging the initial comments and concerns raised with this proposal, we respectfully request the removal of our presentation item from the Manitou Springs City Council meeting agenda on July 16th. Additional time will allow our team to refine details such as traffic patterns, congestion management, conservation areas, and design approach for a more meaningful comprehensive presentation to City Council and provide a framework for future community conversation.
Thank you for your consideration and for your ongoing dedication to serving our community. We look forward to the opportunity to discuss this initiative further and to contribute to the continued vibrancy and sustainability of Manitou Springs.
