At 1815 hours, Manitou Springs Police officers collected an abandoned backpack in the 900 block of Manitou Avenue. It was placed in safekeeping.
APRIL 16
Officers took a report regarding a minor assault in the 300 block of Manitou Avenue.
MSPD assisted with an incident involving a juvenile that occurred in the 300 block of Millstream Terrace, Colorado Springs.
Officers responded to an attempted suicide call for service in the 300 block of Terrace Place. The Manitou Springs Fire Department transported the person to a hospital.
APRIL 18
MSPD contacted two men observed stealing something in the 500 block of Manitou Avenue. One suspect was found to have out-of-county felony warrants and was taken into custody.
Officers contacted a man who had provided false identifying information when issued a citation on April 13. He was taken into custody for arrest warrants from Boulder County after his correct identity was revealed. He was also charged with obstructing police.
APRIL 22
In the 100 block of Manitou Avenue, MSPD arrested a suspect wanted on a local misdemeanor warrant.
A disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Ruxton Avenue. Upon arrival, officers determined that no one had been injured, so no charges were filed.
