A big thank you to all of the community volunteers, the Pikes Peak Trail Crew, Keep Colorado Springs Beautiful, Lowe’s Home Improvement and Maggie’s Farm (Manitou Springs) for providing the support and donations that made our Saturday, July 9, Black Canyon Open Space cleanup possible!
Ten volunteers assisted Manitou Springs Police Department Officer Gary Johnson with the cleanup, resulting in an entire dump truck’s worth of trash removed from the open space.
