Longtime Manitou resident Joanne Garrison, wearing a tiara, was celebrated at the Cliff House on Sunday, Sept. 5. Dozens of family members — four generations — and friends gathered on the verandah for cake, singing “Happy Birthday” and conversation. Two cakes — one gluten-free — were available.
