Elite Equine CO Horse Wellness Meadow Ribbon Cutting followed by Boots & Bling Gala

As part of the Yule Days celebration, Elite Equine CO invites the community to celebrate hope, healing and second chances for injured and unwanted horses at their signature fundraising event, the Boots and Bling Gala, on Saturday, Dec. 7, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at Joyland Church in Green Mountain Falls. Preceding the gala, at 6 p.m., will be a ribbon-cutting at the new Horse Wellness Meadow behind Joyland Church.

Elite Equine CO provides rehabilitation, re-homing and aftercare to equine athletes in jeopardy of being discarded, neglected or abused. This year’s gala holds special significance as it celebrates the addition of the Green Mountain Falls Horse Wellness Meadow, a new facility dedicated to helping performance horses recuperate and transition to new careers.

Located behind Joyland Church, the Horse Wellness Meadow is a partnership between Elite Equine CO and Historic Green Mountain Falls Foundation, with support from the Kirkpatrick Family Fund. The facility, featuring an eight-stall barn, multiple fenced pastures, and specialized rehabilitation areas, represents a significant milestone in Elite Equine CO’s mission to provide comprehensive care for horses in need.

Construction continues at Elite Equine CO’s new Horse Wellness Meadow

Gina Hluska, President of Elite Equine CO, states, “The completion of our new Horse Wellness Meadow facility marks a transformative moment in our ability to serve more performance horses. This gala not only celebrates this achievement but also provides an opportunity for our supporters to tour the new facility and witness firsthand how their contributions are making a difference in these horses’ lives.”
