A four-page pullout will appear in our May 24 issue; it will include a map of activity and vendor locations, plus a handy-dandy schedule of events.

Colorado’s largest street fair will welcome people of all ages. Spend a few hours browsing the art and handicrafts from hundreds of vendors, enjoying great food in a variety of cuisines, perusing educational displays, whooping it up on rides and listening to some of the 25 bands scheduled to perform on three stages.

One of the highlights: a Memorial Day tribute in Bancroft Park.

The action takes place along West Colorado Avenue, between 23rd and 27th streets. Hours are 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Saturday, May 25, and Sunday, May 26, and 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday, May 27.

Do yourself — and OCC residents — a favor and carpool with friends from a central location. Or catch a free shuttle from the Colorado Springs City Administration Building garage at 130 S. Nevada Ave. Parking is $1 per hour in the garage.

Parking and shuttles will not be available at Coronado High School this year. And please leave pets at home.

Complimentary handicap parking locations:

● Lot on Pikes Peak Avenue, just east of 24th Street (available after noon Saturday); and

● Pikes Peak National Bank drive-through at 24th Street, north of Cucharras Street.
