The Manitou Pollinators announce a new Program developed by Manitou’s Pollinator District business partners: Creative Alliance Manitou Springs, Jibwa Studio, Eagle Dancer and Brazen Bee to connect residents and local businesses in a buzzing new fashion.

They created the Pollinator Passport Sweepstakes, featuring a range of prizes from local artists, galleries, restaurants, and other shops and service providers.

“Pollinator Passports aim to connect local residents and tourists with businesses to unite us all in support of pollinators and more sustainable living,” Manitou Pollinators Executive Director Melody Daugherty said.

“We’re astounded at the level of local support and can’t wait to announce the winners and the great prizes from some of your favorite Manitou Springs businesses!”

The community is invited to fill out entry forms and pick up Pollinator Passports at the Manitou Springs Chamber of Commerce, 354 Manitou Ave., by Sunday, July 31. Visit at least 12 participating Manitou Springs businesses to have your Pollinator Passport stamped and return it to the Chamber of Commerce by noon Monday, Aug. 1.

Courtney Henslee, Brazen Bee proprietor and skin care specialist, will announce sweepstakes winners at 7 Minute Spring, El Paso Boulevard and the Washington Bypass, about 5:30 p.m. on International Friendship Day, Monday, Aug. 1.

Look for Manitou Made items along the way because buying locally made goods, foods and services reduce helps reduce environmental impact. Support the people who make your community bee-autiful!

No purchase required. For the complete terms of the Pollinator Passport Sweepstakes, please visit: manitoupollinators.org/pollinator-passport.
