The city of Manitou Springs has announced the winners of its 2022 Photo Contest. The city received 90-plus photos from 41 people.
First place wins $200 in
and will become the profile pictures for the city’s social media, second place wins $150 in Manitou Money and will become the cover photo for the city’s applicable social media and third place wins $100 in Manitou Money.
