Lots of Knots: In this three-hour workshop, you will learn almost everything you want to know about knots and their practical usage. Get hands-on experience using different materials to tie the most effective knots for all your rigging needs. $8 per person, $7 for nature center members and military. 2-5 p.m. Bear Creek Nature Center, 245 Bear Creek Road.
