Caring for the Family Caregiver

Caregivers are invited to join others who are caring for a family member in this restorative workshop focused on caring for yourself; as well as experiencing new ways to connect with your family member. Participants will explore ways to express feelings associated with caregiving. 1-3 p.m. Free event. Please wear comfortable clothing.
