Bank of Colorado, in partnership with Downtown Colorado Springs, announces the return of the popular holiday shopping campaign to encourage support of local downtown businesses. The 2024 campaign had 1,039 entries and accounted for more than $60,000 in spending downtown.
The promotion “Shop Local + Win Local” offers prizes valued at over $2,250 as a thank-you to shoppers who support local downtown retailers during the holiday season. When customers spend $50 or more at downtown retail shops, they can upload photos of their receipts to be entered into prize drawings. A Grand Prize Drawing for a $1,000 Visa gift card will take place on Dec. 18. Prizes also include weekly drawings for Downtown Gift Baskets, which include items from Downtown retailers, valued at over $100, plus a $150 Downtown Gift Card.

The promotion runs from Nov. 7 to Dec. 14. The shopping campaign encompasses both the Downtown Character Stroll on Nov. 15 as well as the Downtown Holiday Stroll on Dec. 10.
