Local artists are invited to apply for the Manitou Springs Art on the Avenue program by Wednesday, June 7.
Art on the Avenue https://manitouspringscd.org/art-on-the-avenue/ is the region’s longest-running public art program. Creative Alliance Manitou Springs (CRANE) will install four new outdoor artworks in 2023 as part of its Art on the Avenue program.
These works will be on display for two years. They will be included in CRANE’s free self-guided walking tour app (via Otocast), which includes commentary from the artists.
BUDGET: $1,800 per visiting artwork
CASH PRIZES: Each accepted piece is also eligible to receive the following: Juror award ($1,000) and People’s Choice award ($1,000).
