ELECTION TIMELINE

Friday, Sept. 3, was the last day to finalize the city’s ballot and certify contents to the El Paso County Election Office. Tuesday, Oct. 12, is the first day that mail ballots may be sent to registered electors and made available at the El Paso County Election Office.

Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 2. Information: www.manitouspringsgov.com/156/_Elections-2021.

Manitou Springs candidates are:

Mayor — Alan Delwiche, Tyler Graefe (write-in) and John Graham;

City Council Ward 1 — Natalie Johnson;

Ward 2 — Nancy Fortuin; and

Ward 3 — Bob Todd and Michelle Whetherhult.

In addition, Natalie Johnson and Tina Vidovich are running to continue serving on the School District 14 board of education. Both are unopposed.

The Bulletin is planning an Election Forum to take place Monday, Oct. 11. Additional details will be publicized as the date approaches.
