Friday, Sept. 3, was the last day to finalize the city’s ballot and certify contents to the El Paso County Election Office. Monday, Oct. 11, is the first day that mail ballots may be sent to registered electors and made available at the El Paso County Election Office.
Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 2.
