This local nursery, opened in 1957 and still managed by the Harding family, is a Colorado tradition, offering 12 acres to stroll and shop. Avid gardeners will enjoy Harding’s massive greenhouse brimming with colorful annuals, including palm-sized pansies and marigolds. A second greenhouse is filled with roses. Outside, the selection of ornamental trees is flowering, and the nursery is always proud to offer its locally grown Blue Spruce trees and shrubs.

The Bar and Grill at Patty Jewett is lined with round top windows opening to expansive views of the golf course and Pikes Peak. The public restaurant began accepting reservations for Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday, April 27. Their full buffet will include eggs, breakfast meats, eggs benedict, biscuits and gravy, pastries, various salads and a prime rib carving station.
